Return and Refund Policy

- Returning Items: The item should be returned in its original packaging and in unchanged condition. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Refund: After we have received and inspected the returned item, the refund will be processed within 14 working days. The money will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Complaints
As a consumer, you have the legal right to file a complaint up to three years after purchase, but within a reasonable time (two months) from when you discover a fault. In the event of a complaint, Björndjur will cover the shipping costs. Therefore, it's important to use the shipping documents provided by Björndjur. If you choose to pay for the shipping and how the item is returned to us, you will also be responsible for the item until it reaches us, including during transport. Products returned with cash on delivery or post-payment are not accepted by Björndjur.
